Created by Personal Trainer Paul McPhee. Paul continues to grow his Glasgow based 1-2-1 personal training service that he started in 2006 from East Kilbride, with PEAK in 2020, an online results based fitness brand.
This evolution comes from a devotion to fitness and a desire to develop his bespoke personalised training programs further to meet the needs of client goals everywhere, and above all a commitment to the mission for PEAK:

My name is Paul McPhee, and I am the founder and face of PEAK Results Fitness. I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2006 and still have as much passion for fitness now as I did back then.
My name is Paul McPhee. I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2006 and still have as much passion for fitness now as I did back then. For me it started as a young boy who wanted to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger (what boy growing up in the 90’s didn’t!)
Having always been a bit of an information geek, I used to read and learn as much as I possibly could about nutrition and training, then try to put it into practice in the gym.
Spending a lot of time in gyms, I used to see lots of people doing things incorrectly or dangerously, but didn’t feel I could go over and help because let’s be honest, who was going to listen to a wee scrawny teenager!
It was then I decided that if I had qualifications then I could help people and they would take me seriously. I researched to find the best course available and then had to break the news to my parents that after dropping out of school, I was also going to drop out of a college course (to be a quantity surveyor), to go and learn to be a Personal Trainer.
Since then I have helped 100’s of people increase their fitness, improve their body shapes and grow their confidence!
Still the geek I was back then, I continue to do courses, buy loads of books, read, listen and learn as much as I can to keep improving!
From courses on training, nutrition and diet, to those on psychology or business, I like to keep learning and improving so I can help people as much as possible!
And also to help improve myself, as despite looking like I’ve had a hard paper round, inside I’m still the scrawny wee boy who wants to be Arnie!
